What this privacy policy collects

We collect what you give us and what your browser gives us, nothing more exotic than that.

• Account details. Your name, email address and login credentials when you create an account or buy a plan.
• What you type into the builder. The description of your business, your niche and your service areas. This is what the builder uses to research and build your site.
• Contact messages. Anything you send through the contact form, the AI chat or a consultation booking.
• Technical basics. IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site fast.

How we use it

We use your information to do the job you hired us for: building your site, hosting it, registering your domains, billing you correctly and answering you when you write to us.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for marketing lists. If that ever changed, this policy would say so in plain words at the top, and we would tell you first.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies: the ones that keep you logged in, the ones that remember your currency and billing choices, and privacy-respecting analytics that tell us which pages people read. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

You can block cookies in your browser. The site will still work, though you will have to log in more often.

Payments

Card and payment details go directly to our payment providers over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card number. The providers we use are listed in the footer of every page, and each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle payment data.

Your site and client data

The websites you build with 3XRANK are yours. The content, the pages and the data they collect belong to you, not us.

If you are a freelancer or agency using white-label plans, your clients are yours too. We do not contact your clients, market to them or disclose that we exist behind your brand.

Who we share it with

Only the services required to run yours: the registries that register your domain (a domain registration requires registrant details by ICANN and registry rules), the data centres that host your site, our payment providers, and our email service for the messages you have asked to receive. Each gets the minimum it needs to do its part.

We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and in that case only what is required.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, export it or delete it. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, except what we are legally required to keep for tax and billing records.

Depending on where you live, these rights are backed by laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK), the CCPA (California) and POPIA (South Africa). We honour the requests regardless of which one applies to you.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account is active. Billing records stay as long as tax law says they must. Contact messages are kept so we have context when you write again, and are deleted on request. Backups of hosted sites follow the retention schedule on your hosting plan.

How we protect it

Encrypted connections everywhere, encrypted storage for credentials, access limited to the people who need it, and separate systems for payments so card data never touches ours. No system on earth is unbreachable, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you promptly and plainly.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top and, for anything material, we email account holders before it takes effect. We will not quietly rewrite the important parts.
